Voices of Resilience, a poignant four-part exhibition on the often taboo subject of genocide, educates viewers on the subject and celebrates the resilience of genocide survivors. On view are images, text letters, poetry and sculptural installations. The four exhibits are: Healing Beauty, with artists Moyo Okediji and Wole Lagunju; The Dead Weight of Complacency, an exhibit of the Colorado Coalition for Genocide Awareness and Action; Holocaust and Hope: Students Speak, an exhibition of original poetry, art and letters by 7th and 8th graders at the Challenge School in the Cherry Creek School District; and Survivor Quilt, a paper quilt created by survivors from the Rocky Mountain Survivor Center.
