Artist and director of the painting program at the University of Denver Deborah Howard will discuss the portrait series featured in Mizel Museum’s exhibit, 4,000 Year Road Trip: Gathering Sparks. Interestingly, Howard has purposely omitted the personal stories that accompany each portrait she paints. Find out why, hear her plans to expand her portrait project, and learn more at this stimulating Salon Night. Includes light refreshments. Reception at 5:30 pm; program begins at 6:00 pm.
